What to do if someone knows a family in need?
Please call us at 747-2628. We would be happy to send that family an application. Unfortunately, you would not be able to apply for them.
What do you Provide?
Operation Santa Claus provides new clothing for children.
If you are not receiving food from another program, we will be able to provide you with a food gift card or food basket.
Do You Provide Toys?
The money raised by Operation Santa Claus purchases only new clothing and food. Regional Radio has a toy program that benefits Operation Santa Claus
recipients. Toys are limited, one per child. Request for this must be received early. Request is done on the Operation Santa Claus application.
Where can we register our children for the program? What area’s do you cover?
Operation Santa Claus covers Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties, one school in Hamilton County and two in Essex County.
The following schools and agencies participate in our program, if you see your child’s school listed please apply through them, if not, please call and we will send you an application.

What age children do you cover?
Children are covered from birth to age 18. Older children must still be in school. Schools may have different age limits, if your child is too old for your schools program please contact us and we will discuss your options.
What is the Deadline for applications?
Deadline for 2016 is November 15th.
How do you avoid duplications?
All applications are cross referenced with other agencies to avoid duplication.
How many people are in the Operation Santa Committee?
Our main committee has twelve members who coordinate the entire program. We have many volunteers in each of the schools and agencies that participate.
